Donate to our "Transition to Adulthood" program for youth and young adults transitioning from foster care. We are in the early implementation stages of launching this program and any contribution will be embraced. Your donation will assist us with :
- 1. Opening our first transitional home that for youth ageing out or transitioning from foster care
- 2. Continued development and delivery of our Curriculum for the Transition Home
- 3. Making Mental Health Services Accessible to the individuals we plan to service at no cost to them.
