We provide affordable, accessible support to at risk youth and under served communities.
Our Goal
Our goal is to connect and offer our supportive services to anyone who may have a direct impact or involvement with youth who are: aging out of or transitioning from foster care; and/or in need of mentorship. We would like to connect with Schools, Social Workers, Social Service Providers, Department of Juvenile Justice in order to make our services and support available to youth and young adults who need it.
What we offer and are working towards:
- We have a collaboration with community organization, GIIRL on Go, to offer virtual mentorship support.
- We offer a curriculum based Preparation Program for Youth and Young Adults ageing out of Foster Care.
- We are raising money that will go towards purchasing a space that will offer supportive services (i.e. mentorship / mental health counseling/ coaching/ temporary housing ) promoting independence while assisting young adults ageing out of or transitioning from foster care.
